Welcoming and accommodating hosts that made my stay pleasant.
The bathroom in our budget double room was impossibly small, making it uncomfortable for taller individuals like myself. I was expecting a bit more space and amenities for the price paid. blackout blinds would be a wise addition, as the morning sunshine poured in and disrupted my sleep.

The breakfast was delightful, with generous portions and meticulously prepared dishes, especially the full English. The hosts, Mike and Debbie, were exceptionally welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere that made me feel at ease. My room was impeccably clean, just as I prefer, with a good supply of tea and coffee to enjoy during my stay.
On-site parking was a bit tight, making it challenging to maneuver at times.

Exceptional hospitality and delicious breakfasts
We had a lovely stay, and the warm welcome from the hosts made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless and featured two comfy chairs, which added a cozy touch. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, with generous portions and a fantastic selection, including a full English that was cooked to perfection. The only slight downside was that on-site parking was a bit tight, but we managed to find street parking nearby without much trouble.

Sunny vibes in St Annes ☀️
Brekkie was on point, with loads of choices and the full English had me drooling every morning! Our room was spacious and had Netflix, so we could chill after a long day. Mike and Debbie are just the best. they made us feel right at home, ja!

The breakfast here is a standout, especially the full English—cooked just right and piled high. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and come equipped with all the basics, like tea-making facilities and decent WiFi.
Some of the rooms, particularly the budget options, are on the small side, which can be a squeeze for taller folks or families. The absence of an elevator can make things tricky if you're on the upper floors, and a few guests mentioned some noise issues from neighbors at times. Parking is also a bit of a challenge during busy weekends, with a limited number of spots available on-site.

The warm hospitality truly stood out, with the owners going the extra mile to ensure comfort, like arranging a cozy cot for my baby and offering toys during a little emotional moment. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring generous portions and accommodating dietary needs, making it hard to choose between the full English and their delightful poached eggs. While the room was spacious and well-furnished, the on-site parking was a bit tight, requiring careful maneuvering.

We had such a fun time here. I especially loved how the hosts played dinosaurs with my little girl, making us feel so welcome. The cozy lounge was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We enjoyed a lovely movie night with Netflix in our room. Just a heads up, the room was a bit snug, but it didn't take away from our fantastic stay at all! 😊
